They’re Everywhere!
I have learned that my teachers are everywhere! Everywhere I look and even some of the places I’ve never looked, people are there to teach me!
Some are obvious. But some are where I would never look. An executive who wants to coach me. A difficult person at work, filled with lessons to be learned. Maybe even that strange person who sat next to me on the bus.
They abound!

The Public Option
I have learned that I am not as public as I imagined. I learn lots of things that I just can’t post because they are not things I can share with the world. Some of them are about work, some are about people and they don’t make sense – or become coherent lessons – out of context.
What I can do is get all general about what I am learning, and I will continue to do that here. I am continously amazed at how much I learn every day.
Define Stress
From Michelle: I realize I do this over and over and over….but when I actually saw this written on a cute little poster hanging in my co-workers office today, it really hit home (cute little posters do it for me every time).
Stress is what happens when your ‘gut’ says “NO” and your mouth says….”Sure, I’d love to”.
Lucky Lucky Me
In recent days I have learned, for the millionth time, that I am a very lucky person, to be surrounded by the most nurturing family and kindest friends a girl could ever hope for.
