Cake Runneth Over

I have learned that when you make Pineapple Upside Down Cake, it’s a good idea to put a cookie sheet on a lower rack, below the cake, in case it bubbles its gooey sugar-and-butter goodness out over the top of the pan and into the bottom of the oven, causing smoke and almost ruining the surprise.  Good thing those Patriots are so distracting…
