I have learned that I am not as public as I imagined. I learn lots of things that I just can’t post because they are not things I can share with the world. Some of them are about work, some are about people and they don’t make sense – or become coherent lessons – out of context.
What I can do is get all general about what I am learning, and I will continue to do that here. I am continously amazed at how much I learn every day.
In recent days I have learned, for the millionth time, that I am a very lucky person, to be surrounded by the most nurturing family and kindest friends a girl could ever hope for.

If you have the worst possible day at work, but the best possible husband at home, how bad can it be?????
The part about “a place for everything” is easy. It’s the other part that’s still a lesson for me. Put it back! The cover for the back of the car – put it back! The wallet that goes in the purse – put it back! The mp3 player that goes in the same purse – put it back! Otherwise, it’s just NOT gonna be there when you need it!

Barbara believes that most of life can be addressed with these two all-purpose rules. I am thinking this may be true.
